DAO's Governance Structure

Our DAO does not have a hierarchical structure; it is composed of a coordinator, a business manager, a marketing manager, six signatories of our multisig, and the rest of its members. Each DAO member can vote on each proposal, with the weight of their vote determined by the number of $BHDAO they hold.

Coordinator

The coordinator manages the day-to-day life of the DAO, organizes debates and projects, handles internal communication, and oversees everything related to organization.

Business Manager

The business manager is responsible for contacting projects that are fundraising. Their goal is to find investment opportunities for the DAO, right up to the final execution of the contract and receipt of tokens. They also manage partnerships and treasury tracking.

Marketing Manager

The marketing manager handles everything that's even remotely related to marketing. They write articles explaining the reasons for our investments in the projects in our portfolio, highlighting the communication and advancements made by said projects. They also manage our social media and branding.
